Here is the sofa as it has now been lowered. As you can see there is a back wall that deals with damp that we cannot get rid of. This has reduced the width of the sofa. Now you will be able to sit on it but not to sleep on it. We're going to make a lid out of wood for it. We can either go the whole lenght with the width as it is (like the original but not as wide) or we can do what is proposed in the sketch where we leave at the end a small table but we build the rest wide enough for a bed. This will leave a good 2 meters that is fine for a single bed. We cannot go wide all the way because the door will not open. Let me know what you think.
