These are 3 alternatives layouts for the small room next to the kitchen.
The problem with what we had originally discussed is that the floor line is restrictive and the fridge has to come very much to the right making the dishwasher also move to the right and then the sink is very small. Also the fridge will have to be pulled out towards the trap to the basement making the room feel quite small. This is alternative 1.

In alternative 2 (that makes the most sense to me) we move the fridge to where we had originally said we would put the washing machine. Then we put the washing machine where the fridge was and because the washing machine is narrow (45 cm deep instead of 60 like fridge) we can put it close to the wall gaining a little space for the sink. This way you also get a big worktop all across the wall and a set of good hanging cupboards above the counter. The only issue about this option is that the fridge will cover a little (10 cm) of the window opening. This will NOT stop the window from working.

In alternative 3 the fridge remains where it is but the dishwasher goes under the washing machine. This is possible and will allow for a larger sink and a cupboard under the sink too. The downside is the fact that you will have to rinse plates on one side of the room and carry them to the other to put in dishwasher, and also that the washing machine is above the dishwasher and there might be a plumbing (draining) issue if both machines operate at the same time.Let me know what you prefer.I will be away in Athens for the next 3 days (national holiday tomorrow) and back in the office on Monday.Best wishes, Eleni
