no shelf has been installed because we cannot find a stone shelf as
thin as the ones in the bathroom to install. Two options exist: either
we install a timber shelf or two (cypress might be nice) or we install
a thicker stone one (2 cm thick)- I think it will not look as good

the side of the stairs looks extremely gray as is. I will see if it
looks better with time and if not will arrange to have it retouched.

in the end it was not possible to buy the ready pebbles because they
were out of stock!
Taki collected about 500 stones from the beach - then he cut them and
placed them in the shower!

The wall has been built but I am afraid I really think it is not
right. I think it would be better to build t up to the mezzanine where
it meets one of the beams. This way it will correspond to the walls
from the wardrobes. I know that in the photos it looks ok - but
believe me it looks funny.
Also the height for the gray I think should change. I think it should
go to the window lintles.

Damp-proofing/Drainage

Damp proofing, this will be below earth level.

Space at back of the house, which will have drainage placed in it and then topped with stones and other natural materials which will let the water through to the drainage pipe/gutter.
